KBMO FIT Test

Food intolerances and the associated illnesses affect at least 100 million people worldwide. They cause a variety of symptoms, from skin irritations and headaches to gastrointestinal disorders.

KBMO Diagnostics is the only provider of a patented, two-phase test for food intolerances. The KBMO FIT test measures both type II and type III reactions, which are mediated by IgG antibodies and complement bound to immune complexes. IgG antibodies in the blood bind to soluble antigens or antigens deposited in tissues, forming immune complexes. The immune complexes then activate complement, and C3d is eventually bound to the immune complex. Activation of complement leads to tissue inflammation. Thus, the FIT test evaluates food-induced inflammatory responses.

Also included: The unique intestinal barrier panel, with the following key values related to intestinal barrier functionality: antibodies to Candida, zonulin, occludin and LPS.

  • After placing your order, you will receive a test kit (by mail).
  • The test is based on the collection of fingertip blood. A lancet is included in the test kit. You use this to puncture your finger, following the instructions provided. The blood is then applied to the blood card and sent back to us with the completed patient form.
  • After taking the sample, you send it back using the enclosed shipping label.
  • You will receive your results by email about 3 weeks after the sample has been received.

You can download the list of foods tested in both tests as a PDF file here.

Workshop Food Intolerances

Do you also feel that you react to certain foods – but you don't know which ones? You are not alone!

When food triggers an immune reaction, our body switches from performance to protection and defense.

Do you also suffer from:

  • anxiety/depression
  • bloating/stomach aches
  • obesity/sugar addiction
  • impotence/low libido/infertility
  • fatigue/lack of energy
  • sleep disorders
  • joint pain
  • constipation/diarrhea
  • skin rashes/psoriasis
  • autoimmune diseases

Then this workshop is perfect for you! Because: every food can be a trigger!

Almost all of our customers now report that they cannot tolerate certain foods. However, it is often not clear exactly which foods they are reacting to.

This leads to either many things being removed from the meal plan (possibly unnecessarily) - and thus to nutrient deficiencies and severe restrictions.

Or those affected continue to suffer from the symptoms caused by the unrecognized intolerances.

Does this sound familiar? Then this workshop is perfect for you!

Benefit from our successful concept and learn which foods trigger inflammation in your body and, above all, how you can eliminate these intolerances in the long term with the help of systematic support for your body, so that eating becomes a pleasure again!

The video is based on the results of the KBMO-FIT test, but can also be used to interpret other food intolerance tests!

This is included in the price of your respective KBMO FIT test package plus workshop:

  • Your personal FIT test for 132 or 176 foods.
What sets the KBMO FIT test apart from the rest: Conventional IgG1-4 tests are only able to measure the first step of the immune response.
  • KBMO Diagnostics is the only provider of a patented, two-phase test for food intolerances. The KBMO FIT test measures both type II and type III reactions, which are mediated by IgG antibodies and complement bound to immune complexes. The KBMO FIT test therefore assesses food-induced inflammatory reactions – not just the recognition of the food as a foreign substance.
  • Also included: the unique intestinal barrier panel to assess intestinal barrier functionality.
  • Video recording of the workshop with Corinna van der Eerden, AFMCP/FMCHC, who explains what food intolerances are – and what they are not – how you can interpret the results of your KBMO Fit test (or a conventional test) and, above all, what you should do with the results. In the video, you will learn everything from elimination to regeneration to reintegration of foods.

Live Q&A (zoom): If you have any questions, we will answer them in a monthly live Q&A on zoom. Participation is included in the price.
